Mineral Springs Baptist Church is excited to announce registration for our 23rd Annual Lay Lake Open bass tournament is now open! Register Now.
The tournament is Saturday, April 25 at Beeswax Park in Shelby County.
Tournament proceeds benefit the Springs Students.
Changes to This Year's Tournament
1.) THERE WILL BE NO BLAST OFF. Register and go to your spot and await for the tournament start time at safe daylight. Livewell check will occur at registration.
2.) RULE CHANGE: You may weigh one dead fish with no penalty. But a dead fish cannot be weighed as big fish.
3.) We have partnered with Restock Alabama to put fish back in Alabama rivers and lakes.

$4000 Guaranteed 1st Place Grand Price
Cost: $135 per boat
$10 to Restock Alabama
Paying out 8 positions.

Mixed couple (male/female) payout
Parent/child (child 16 or younger) payout
BIG FISH payout based on the number of boats registered
Zero weight payout
Registration starts at 4:00 am at Beeswax
Weigh-in begins at 2:00 pm. Ends at 2:30pm.
